Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products (Courses, PDFs, E-books) Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered (via download link or access), we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We recommend reading the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

2. Third-Party Services (Credit Cards, Loans, etc.) Letsin-Commerce is a platform that facilitates applications for services provided by third-party institutions (e.g., banks). We do not charge a fee for this facilitation. Any cancellation, fees, or refund policies related to these services are governed entirely by the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider. Letsin-Commerce has no control over these policies.

3. Exceptional Circumstances In the rare case of a technical error, such as a duplicate payment, please contact our support team at letsincommerce@zohomail.in within 48 hours with proof of the transaction, and we will investigate the matter.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how our products and services are delivered to you.

1. Digital Products & Services As a primarily digital platform, the majority of our offerings are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery Method: Digital products (such as courses, e-books, and tool access) are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive an email containing access links, download files, or instructions to access your purchase on your user dashboard.

  • Delivery Time: Instantaneous. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) immediately after purchase.

  • Cost: There are no shipping or delivery costs for digital products.

2. Physical Products While our current focus is digital, should we offer physical products in the future, the following policy will apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders for physical goods will be processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods & Timelines: We will partner with reputable courier services to deliver products across India. Estimated delivery time will be 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery location.
